Coronavirus Hit Your Business? Here’s What To Do Next

50% of U.S. adults live paycheck-to-paycheck and 53% don’t have emergency savings!

Unfortunately, Coronavirus has made it much harder on ALL of us – business owners, entrepreneurs, and employees alike.

Personally, COVID-19 has had a dramatic impact on my business. I had to shut down my physical office locations and advise all staff to work from home.  We’ve also had to cut back drastically on profitable ventures due to supply-chain complications!

More than 30 million small businesses in the USA have been affected by COVID-19!

As restaurants, bars, schools and “non-essential” businesses are mandated to close, more people will be out of work. Naturally, job layoffs and job losses all across the United States will have people looking for ways to make money from home. This is a great opportunity for online marketers like us to THRIVE and find new ways to become better at what we do!

“You can’t focus on the things that are not in YOUR control. You need to focus on the things that you CAN control.”

This is the time to optimize your relationships, your business, your personal life, and your mindset. I’ve decided that when I have setbacks and I even MAJOR LOSSES, I keep moving forward. One thing that allows me to do this is having multiple streams of income.

Did you know that the average millionaire has 7 streams of income?

If you’re just focusing on one nest egg, you won’t be able to make moves when that nest egg has run dry. You must diversify into multiple streams of income.

This is why I own multiple online e-commerce brands, a virtual assistant agency and my e-commerce coaching brand. If one stream goes down, I don’t have to worry about having to lay off and fire my employees who have families to feed. This helps me make sure that my guys can eat … even before I do!

Most people will say “Pay yourself first” but in my case, my passion and drive to keep everything going is not just the money. Money comes and goes – so if that’s all that’s motivating you – you won’t stay in business for long.

For me, my passion is job creation. I want to make sure that others around me and their families can be blessed by the jobs that I provide. I’ve had many opportunities to quit – BUT this is what motivates me to keep going when things aren’t easy. If you feel like you want to quit because of adversity, I’m going to tell you right now – DO NOT GIVE UP. Setbacks are opportunities to propel you into becoming a better business owner, marketer, employer and person overall. It’s the hard things that shape us into what we can become later on.
